Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of pet hair.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
